As an expert in recruitment consultancy, I am specified in recruiting talents for Professional Services sectors including Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Outsourcing Services, Education and Clinic. Prior to Navigos Search, I was an experienced Human Resource Specialist with more than 6 years practicing talent acquisition – sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for global garment manufacturers and real estate developers. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in coordinating and conducting a variety of activities (e.g. translator workshops, District translation/interpretation activities, trainings, etc.) for the purpose of providing and/or sharing information and direction.
- Oversees Translator/Interpreters for the purpose of providing direction and/or guidance.
- Translates accurately and concisely documents and other materials from English - Vietnamese for the purpose of providing translation and interpretation for Group BOD.
- Serves as an interpreter for Group BOD in all meetings.
- Reads and rewrites material in a second language for the purpose of providing materials in a second language following established rules related to factors such as word meaning, sentence structure, grammar and punctuation.
- Prepares written translations for duplication for the purpose of providing materials in Vietnamese and English as needed.

Requirements
- >8 years of experience translating at a senior level, including at least 3 years of experience translating for senior leaders of businesses and governments of Vietnam and the world.
- Advanced interpreting skills in all forms: consecutive, simultaneous, cabin
- Priority is given to candidates in the corporate sector, who have translated for the Boards of Directors of large enterprises, banks, and high-end consulting firms.
