RESPONSIBILITIES

Navigossearch's client is a FDI manufacturing company in foody products looking for a sales Manager with below tasks:
1. Fulfill monthly, yearly target given by company and make strategic plans & implement to achieve target of sale & marketing.
2. Improve and operate the management system in sale; training and support subordinates of business unit.
3. Being in charge of marketing tasks:
- Lead and implement market initiatives for products.
- Develop deep market, customer to inform the portfolio roadmap and business & marketing strategies.
- Partner closely with product management and business leaders to prioritize and develop the product roadmap.
- Develop go-to-market strategy including business goals, definition of target/persona, positioning, messaging, and sales narrative
- Manage and improve marketing material such as: Website, brochures, promotion gifts, market report to customers…
4. Being in charge of sales tasks:
- Finding, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new cust
