• Lead the planning and execution of new projects
• Lead the establishment and execution of global supply chain
• Promote communication with the management of both customers and supply partners, and set strategy for further growth
• Discuss and resolve issues with suppliers and sales team if any problem happen during the manufacturing process
• Enhance negotiation with customers to achieve the best deal
• Provide necessary feedback to suppliers for their further growth and improvement actions
• Draw up organizational strategies from scratch and build up the team by performing high leadership capabilities

• Experience as a business manager (at least 5 year)
• Organizational management experience
• Outstanding results in sales.
• Experience in customer analysis and company research from a management perspective
• Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+) or English
• Data analysis capability to manage complexities surrounding the projects and make right decisions
