RESPONSIBILITIES
● To ensure that all products and structures are audited regularly.
● ·To meet suppliers and quality representatives to make certain that the company’s standards are aligned with current standards
● · To ensure that the Zero-Defect Principle is being adopted by all departments within the company
● · To be the customer representative by ensuring that the assigned preventive and corrective actions are implemented
● · To support and guide all members of the quality department on how to define suitable corrective and preventive actions with the use of appropriate problem solving methods
● · To ensure that all commitments entered into by the company meet the required conditions of quality
● Presentation of the QM-System to customers and certification bodies
● · To prepare on a yearly basis the department budget for approval by the General Manager
● · To be responsible for the final evaluation and decision regarding any enquires about inferior product or customer complaint regarding any of the company’s products

Requirements
● Bachelor or above degree in technical field
● At least 10 years of working experiences in the same field, 5-7 years of experiences as Quality Manager
● Experience in ISO9000/14000/SA/CTPAT is prefered
● Must have strong management skills, in particular organization and communication skills
● Proficiency in both written and spoken English
● Must adopt a practical approach towards work
● High level of problem solving skills
● Can work under pressure well
