RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Development Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Division / Department: Customer Development
Location: Nghe An
Reports to: Customer Development Director (Thailand)
Main Role & Responsibilities:
1. Establishing the potential Prospect Pipeline, Developing Customer and Sustaining good Customer relationships
2. Developing new marketing channels, implementing Market Planning and maintaining good relationships with all Marketing Networks
3. Monitoring market information, able to analyze the market, competitor, targeted entity and industry information and capturing the business opportunities with target customer.
4. Promoting the company product and profile, support company in Sales record and business expansion

Requirements
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Male or Female Vietnamese nationality,
• Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Industrial Real Estate related fields
• Bachelor or Master degree in related fields of Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Logistics or Industry related fields
• Good Team Development, Good Leadership and High digital literacy skills
• Current Knowledge of Industry Trends, Foreign Investment Regulations
• Excellent in English and Chinese business communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel
