• Planning yearly sales targets/ budget for the Company for all product lines.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of Salesmen.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to generate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by salesmen.
• Assists salesmen in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Tendering the project orders and turnkey assignments.
• Follow-up order bookings, billings and receivables collection.

• More than 15 years of experience in sales of fabricated aluminum products
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, management principles and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team with a wide range of constituencies in diverse community.
• Reliable, tolerant, and determined and can work under pressure.
