RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lập kế hoạch điều chỉnh các dự án dây chuyền sản xuất SMT và đôn đốc cán bộ sản xuất hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ sản xuất liên quan
2. Lập kế hoạch hàng tháng / quý / nửa năm / hàng năm cho sản xuất SMT và thực hiện điều chỉnh kế hoạch theo tình hình sản xuất thực tế
3. Thúc đẩy nâng cao năng lực sản xuất SMT và tối ưu hóa năng lực sản xuất nhân sự / thiết bị
4. Theo các chỉ số KPI của trưởng xưởng / bộ phận, mở rộng các chỉ số KPI, xây dựng kế hoạch và thúc đẩy việc thực hiện kế hoạch
