RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
• Leading and facilitating Agile rituals including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos are among the responsibilities.
• Educate the development team on Agile principles and practices to make sure they fully comprehend how to operate within the Agile framework.
• Verify that the team is improving continuously and adhering to the Agile framework.
• Serve as a point of contact between the development team and the stakeholders, making sure everyone is on the same page and pursuing the same objectives.
• Remove any barriers or obstructions that might be impeding the development team's ability to work effectively.
• Work together with the development team to find and put into practice process enhancements.
• Assure timely and excellent delivery of all deliverables.
• Cooperate closely with the development manager to make sure the team is on the same page as the corporate objectives.

Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred.
