- Be in charge of developing business and marking in North include sales result, profit, and distributor's result.
- Directly work with sales of Distributor to deliver sales result, make marketing campaigns, manage inventory, market trend and prices.
- Survey and collect information from sales of Distributor to make reports and strategy plans to directors.
- Design and provide training courses for sales team include sales skills, customer services, technical skills and problem solving skill.
