The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Propose the organization chart, HR management, Budget and HR Policy.
- Manage advertisement proposals, printing proposals, PR articles, events, workshop proposals following Marketing Budget.
- Propose on promotional and FOC for membership, PT according to policies and budget approved.
- Propose sales strategy, price and product policy, general development strategy
- Manage membership selling price for each club, following Sales target and policy.
- Manage commission for sales base on commission policy.
- Manage target for Sales following Sales Target.
- Other tasks by BOD.

Requirements

- Bachelor preferably Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law, Human Resources.
- Experience in Fitness Industry in Vietnam is preferrable.
- Customer service in hospitality industry.
- Ability to create and implement strategy, negotiation skill, problem solving skill, people Management skill.
