JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for managing department reporting and analytics for Forecast and Budgeting Cycle
The role carries a Retail Operational function in terms of day-to-day operation efficiency enhancement and retail projects with business focus. He/ She will be engaged in various projects including taskforces and boutique opening and expansion, etc…
Provide administrative support to Division Head, Retail team and Division team where applicable
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Coordinate and prepare monthly department division, business/ operational reports to support retail management. Generate business insights and prepare key presentations for management/ seminar/ meetings
Perform data consolidation, data input to generate the variance analysis for review by the Division Lead
Work closely with Business Finance in addressing questions on the budget and forecast results
RETAIL OPERATIONS:
Support in charge of daily boutique operations like stationery, services (security, flower, F&B, cleaning, laundry, etc…) in terms of request approval, budget control, timely and quality deliveries
Be the bridge between Office and Retail team to enhance 360 orchestration of collection launch in Boutique and to support all communications, constantly provide feedbacks to improve Retail efficiency
Collaborate with IT on improving operation efficiency (stock scanner machine, POS, new printer, iPhone for employees)
Work with logistic team and delivery service if any
In charge of uniform tasks including order, destroy, locally source if any
In charge of POS tools
STORE (included BOH/ RSO) SAFETY AND MAINTAINANCE:
Main point of contact for all related Maintenance topics, work hands in hands with relevant counterparts to ensure BTQ always highly presentable
Support in new arrangement or improvement of BOH, RSO if any
Obtain approval of all PRO related to maintenance and ensure the yearly budget is well followed (budget control)
PROJECT AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
To collaborate with Retail Ops and Business Service team in Boutique opening/ expansion plans, maintain timelines for each project. Drive individual projects through to delivery, resolving day to day challenges with the right people at the right time.
OTHERS:
Legal support: report fake products, unauthorized logo usage to Regional Trade Mark protection team for actions and support them if any
Support team with SPM for in-store activities or customer events
Support Retail staff for business travels: flight ticket, accommodation
Support Retail team with necessary preparations for new comers

Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Degree with major in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with a clear Retail and Client centric mindset
Administrative support with Experience working in large organizations is a plus
