As an expert in recruitment consultancy, I am specified in recruiting talents for Professional Services sectors including Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Outsourcing Services, Education and Clinic. Prior to Navigos Search, I was an experienced Human Resource Specialist with more than 6 years practicing talent acquisition – sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for global garment manufacturers and real estate developers. My understanding of both HR practices and industry knowledge allows me to immensely appreciate the importance of manpower within an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quản lý tất cả hoạt động chuyên môn.
- Xây dựng khung chương trình và kế hoạch giảng dạy.
- Soạn thảo bộ tài liệu hướng dẫn giáo viên thực hiện chương trình đưa vào giảng dạy trong năm học.
- Kiểm định và đánh giá quá trình thực hiện các chương trình, kế hoạch giáo dục.
- Luôn cập nhật các quy định, yêu cầu, tiêu chuẩn của SGD, Phòng GD và các Cơ quan ban ngành.
- Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các phương pháp dạy học tiên tiến hướng đến mục tiêu tối ưu hóa chương trình, tinh giản và đảm bảo hiệu quả đồng thời trở thành ưu thế cạnh tranh trên thị trường.
- Lập kế hoạch bồi dưỡng và đào tạo Giáo viên.
- Lập kế hoạch chuyên môn để phát hiện, đào tạo và phát triển nhân tài trong đội ngũ Giáo viên.
- Tạo động lực tích cực và định hướng tích cực cho Giáo viên trong quá trình làm việc.

Requirements
- Trình độ chuyên môn Cử nhân, Thạc sĩ (ưu tiên).
- Có kinh nghiệm 05 năm trở lên ở vị trí ứng tuyển tại các trường Tư thục/ song ngữ/ Quốc tế.
- Nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn
- Có kỹ năng quản lý, đánh giá, hướng dẫn giáo viên, sẵn sàng đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy.
- Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức công việc.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống hiệu quả.
- Nhiệt tình, tâm huyết với học sinh.
