RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsible for commercial business; its people, activities and obligations.
Develop and implement business plans to meet growth and profit targets.
Actively promote the business and its products in the marketplace.
Lead and manage a small team.
Monitor and manage distributors/ end user to ensure short term and long terms business targets are achieved. Ensure proper implementation and utilization of business process tools. Ensure that customers activities are focused and effective.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, existing as well as potential customers.
Monitor market movements and trends (consumers, customers, competitors, laws & regulations etc.). seize on opportunities, minimize threats and provide feedback on such market movements for strategy & business planning.

Requirements
Experience in food ingredients (B2B channel - to factory)
3-5 years in the same role
Experience leading organizational change.
Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills (written and verbal)
