Staff Specialist/ Manager – Automotive B2B Sales & Account Manager
In your new role you will:
Define and implement appropriate and aligned sales strategy to drive the company's business for assigned account, responsible for Revenue and Design Win Target for the account with Field Application Engineer support
Conduct regular Account analysis, team up with all divisions to conduct Customer day and Technical workshop, drive cross selling activities to maximise Infineon’s sockets in customer design
Build local relationship within the account and be a spokesperson for the account to various stakeholders in the divisions
Responsible to resolve all issues with regards to assigned account on delivery, quality matters, legal matters and pricing alignment

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, higher degree will be an advantage
At least 6 years in Sales and/or Marketing experience in industrial automation or related Industry to automotive clients
A good knowledge of system & application level understanding in Automotive and Microcontroller will be an advantage
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Analytic thinking skills and quick learner, high performance oriented
Ability to interface with Higher Management levels in pursuing business strategies
Fluent in spoken & written English and local language
Willing to travel and can work under strong pressure
