RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, mentor and lead a team in executing the SOX compliance program for all Vietnam entities in alignment with HQ’s direction and timeline. This includes conducting effective communication both verbally and in written correspondence as well as substantiating review findings to different stakeholders.
TASKS
Lead and manage Group’s SOX compliance program for all Vietnam entities
Prepare annual plan in alignment with Group’s timeline
Select and manage vendor performance for SOX assessment
Co-work with vendor on SOX assessment including arranging meeting sessions, obtaining required documents, and performing selective reviews
Change management and maintain internal controls documentation (i.e., flowcharts, narratives and risk control matrix)
Provide subject matter expertise for local management on SOX project and matters relating to internal controls over financial reporting of respective processes (e.g. Sales, Payroll, Materials Controls, Accounting)
Lead, coordinate and monitor remediation actions
Establish and conduct training program on internal controls and to address compliance gaps
Communicate with Regional office, report to HQ

REQUIREMENTS
Process oriented and attentive to detail
Ability to travel to various locations in Vietnam
Certified Public Accountant
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Possess no less than 6 years solid work experience and knowledge of manufacturing/supply chain industry; with at least 3 to 4 years of internal audit experience, preferably with a large company, or Big 4 assurance experience
Proficient in English, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; is a plus
