DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management quality control system at the factory.
Update Quality Director about policies and objectives development on garment quality in the factory to meet customer requirements and quality standards of the Company.
Update Quality Director with the Zone Factories QA allocation Structure. Also updates and ensuring approved factory QC organizational structure is functional.
Arrange, management QC/QA in the Zone to achieve high efficiency at work.
Monitoring, evaluating effectiveness of garment quality management system.
Organizing & implementation:
TQM / Buyer SOP’s been reviewed periodically along with QC team, Factory manager, Factory Director each section of the process in the factory.
Organizing the implementation and handling of work in the garment quality management system to achieve high efficiency- right first time, meet the quality requirements of customers and the Company's objectives.
Organizing and monitoring QA team check Size set, Pilot, Inline, Mid -Line, Pre-final/ Final inspection before the Final audit .
Work handling:
Analyzing data form GTAS soft ware to have corrective actions and continuous improvement together with QA manaher factory, QA team leader, Factory Director update CAP to Customers.
Guiding QA’s working with custommer, QC Team, Technical Supervisor , Factory Managers and assure timely solution.
Training
Training for the leaders and employees in garment quality management system to improve qualifications and skills for continuous improvement.
KPI review:
Performance Audit Data (Factory / Customer).
Factory Defects percentages / category Report (Improvement action plan).
Customer Complaints and Claim (CAP / Proactive Action).
POWERS:
Proposing the necessary resources to implement the garment quality control system.
Arranging staffs reasonably to ensure the garment quality control system is well operated.
Refusing to provide information related to quality, technology techniques, etc. may affect the Company's benefits.
To be entitled to request factory to provide documents and information for quality inspection.
Proposing the improvement on the garment quality control system to Quality Director/ Inter. Director.
Proposing to reward, discipline, evaluate the performance for QC/ QA employees related to the garment quality control system in the factory.
