- Leading the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
- To be responsible for coordinating the planning design, architecture, interior and landscape project;
- To provide expertise in the design and propose appropriate solutions. To decide on the design plan of the project on the basis of consultation with the direction of the line manager and above;
- To assign and manage work done by staffs in each subject group;
- Collaborate with groups / departments to ensure the product finished as requirement;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the design consultant;
- Coordinate up bidding documents, preparing the bidding BOQ, evaluate bids and technical issues relevant of all packages in the project;
- Organization, assessment and orientation for the design process, to complete the project within cost, time and quality requirements;
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Division set of requirements, the design task;
- Control, manage and direct the design consultant;
- Management of design changes effectively by evaluating technical, time and cost impact of the proposed changes, while maintaining quality requirements;
- To encourage a high standard of service throughout the project design;
- Rating of design compared with the approved schedule;"

Over 7 years of experience in project management, construction, Hospitality are preferred;
Fluency in Auto Cad software, MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project

- Graduated from University specialized in Construction or Architecture
- Professional training certificates Project Management;
- Practicing certificate supervision of construction works;
