• Collaborate with Management & Business department to ensure the project meets the deadline with high quality & performance
• Inform Management department accurately & timely about unexpected problems which may affect the project
• Take part in project development process & apply engineering best practices & tools
• Read and understand technical documents, able to analyze and come up with system architecture, technical design for the team
• Estimate and plan for the team. Assign tasks among team members and review team members’ individual performance
• Follow up on work progress of the team, able to anticipate and solve difficulties which may come up during project lifetime
• Coach and train team members in various aspects: technical solutions, working processes & company rules & regulations
• Take part in recruitment interview upon request. Give suggestion for training & development

• At least 2 years experiences working in Leader position
• Experience in software development and programming with Java, JS, Python
• Good at system analysis, design patterns, unit testing
• Good at defining code convention & best practice, able to apply to the whole team
• Have knowledge or experience working with front-end: AngularJS, ReactJS, React Native, CSS
• Have knowledge or experience working with native platform (Android or iOs)
• Have knowledge working with REST API, secure system, Linux
• Be able & willing to learn new technology, programming languages if requested
• Good at English reading & writing
