Le has had nearly six years of experience in human resource, with both internal and external recruitment across different industries and cultures. She is currently a consultant in the Navigos Plus team at Navigos Search.
Le started her career as an internal recruitment staff before moving to recruitment consultation field. Therefore, she is extremely familiar with all stages of the recruitment process, as well as related human resource operations. In addition, Le found herself really passionate about connecting companies and individuals at the right time to form up their dream team which helps organizations to catch up with strategic changes and at the same time provides advancing opportunities to candidates’ career. She has successfully placed senior positions such as Project Manager, Business Leader and Marketing Manager for many start-ups as well as major corporations in information technology and trading sectors.

- Oversees daily operations of the company and the work of divisional executives
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and programs and finds ways to improve
- Develops and directs implementation of strategic plan that supports the organization's vision and strategic goals; translates the strategic plan to operational plans and actions
- Sets and achieves goals for performance and growth consistent with the company's
strategic plan though multiple high impact initiatives
- Develops and implements plans to improve the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and personnel, i.e. strategic talent management programs, processes and functions, finance, information technology, legal, etc.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on all operational divisions, keeping the CEO and leadership team fully informed in a timely and transparent way of the day-today operations of the company
- Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to CEO
- Raises capital through banks or outside investors to help foster growth or obtain sales goals

- Education: University degree or/and above
- Experience: More than 5 years work experience in progressive managerial experience in
restaurant or hotel industry
