Le has had nearly six years of experience in human resource, with both internal and external recruitment across different industries and cultures. She is currently a consultant in the Navigos Plus team at Navigos Search.
Le started her career as an internal recruitment staff before moving to recruitment consultation field. - Directs and oversees all aspects of restaurant chain planning and service, including menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drink with adherence to quality and safety standards
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional restaurant operations
- Identify marketing opportunities to promote restaurant products; plans, coordinates, and oversees special events
- Prepares annual budget and periodical forecasts for restaurant needs and expenses along with performing HR functions including scheduling, evaluating, and training staff
- Establishes and controls, in cooperation with other department heads, payroll and other costing and operating expenses
- Holds periodic meetings with staff to review past and future performance and discuss general information concerning guest and employee relations.

- Experience: More than 5 years work experience in progressive managerial experience in restaurant industry; typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in large restaurant chain of moderate complexity.
- Prefer candidate who has both experience working with fine dining restaurant as well as in charge of F&B chain.
