Supervise the functioning of all Marketing activities, promotions, sales and costs to ensure that department profits are maximized.
Establishes the general Marketing strategy, the yearly Marketing Plan.
Establishes and presents the yearly Marketing Budget to the BOD and follows it strictly to minimize the Department’s expenses.
Supervises, recruits, appraises the Marketing personnel.
Acts as a Customer Relation Officer and spends time with Customers / Members to establish a developing business
relationship.

Kinh nghiệm ngành thực phẩm và đóng gói
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí GĐ MKT – đã làm việc tại các công ty trong ngành thực phẩm
Hiểu biết sâu về 4P, kinh nghiệm sâu về chiến lược sản phẩm & chiến lược giá bán
Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt phát triển sản phẩm, tạo ra sản phẩm mới
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt
