RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the technical and nutrition supports for the commercialization of the ranges of complete feed and premix for poultry, in Asia
Make sure to maintain local technical level and train the local teams
Promote a technical and nutrition differentiation on the market
Propose development axes for the species (new technical concepts and products);
Supervision of the performances monitoring (technical and economical approach) of the animal productions; so, that implies access to all the technical data (field results, industrial technical data - production cards ...)
Participate, with the local team and Asia center, at the management of our ranges of products (nutritional standards positioning) and services.
Prepare and conduct training and information seminars on management and nutrition in multi-species for customers and distributors from different Asian countries
Ensure the information and the tools developed by the central teams are available on the market
Participate, at the request of local managers, in the analysis of markets, sales statistics, business benchmarking, and the determination of customer requirements
Participate, at the request of local managers, in the development of marketing plans

Requirements
• Experience in Poultry nutrition and production.
• University diploma/degree or higher in agricultural, nutritional or veterinary sciences.
• Ability to travel frequently across the region.
• Ability to work remotely, autonomously and within teams.
• Excellent communications skills in English.
