RESPONSIBILITIES
Role
The strategy to develop the TIC service in OPEX is one of company’s development initiative in the industrial business line. So the Plant Inspection Manager plays the essential key role of company’s OPEX services for company including: (i) Business development; (ii) Technical capabilities growing up; and including (iii) the performing / operation.
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
•To develop all OPEX services in deciding what products to be sell in the market in priority order and give the necessary support to BD for the development.
•Conduct marketing & visit plans with BD/BDM and set-up a prospect database, list of potential clients for the products and Working with client on day by day basic to understanding the need and top-up sale.
•Review technical & commercial proposal prepared by Sale Team
•Organize and control implementation the OPEX services team including the engineers; inspectors and technicians (including NDT as appropriate).
•Responsible for delivery the company’s OPEX services for operating (in service) facilities.
•Supervise the technician; inspectors and engineer’s performance.
•To be project manager/deputy project manager for launching the projects.

Requirements
Technical and professional skills
•Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
•Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
•Well understanding of plants’ inspections activities including NDT and have good networking with plant maintenance services + NDT markets.
Performance Indicators
•Minimum number of client visits per months to achieve Sale target
• Number of new OPEX service developed with Rev / OP achieved
•Financial figure of OPEX services in the year
Candidate Profile
•University degree with engineering backgrounds
•More than 7 years’ experience in inspection & maintenance.
•Have good networking in plants inspection / maintenance, specially working in Fertilizer Production/Oil & Gas Plant is preferable.
•Willing to travel within the country and abroad
