• Understand the company’s structure and operation to advise and recommend on procedures to improve productivity, cost save in all areas.
• In charge of all legal and compliance issues for company follow law, company’s policies, rules, regulations including corresponding with regulators
• In charge of set up internal audit policies, master the internal process with internal policies and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, listing rules as well as corporate governance.
• Set up annual plan for the internal audit within group and related to related parties
• To assess the impact of new or amended regulations on the business and to present to the Management about its impact and/meeting legal requirements and solutions.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, official and legal documents to ensure their legal compliance.
• Closely work with Managers in proposing, outlining, and implementing corporate strategy & policy, compliance regulations and procedures.
• Proactively assist other departments to deal with relevant authorities, agencies, consultants to protect the company’s interest.
• Consult and provide other departments when necessary.

•At least 5 years experiences with Auditor/Compliance from Senior level
•Bachelor degree: Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or related
