RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clarity in strategic direction and agency management expertise to entities to achieve profitable and sustainable growth
• Implement the regional tasks of executing agreed agency strategies, providing governance and ensuring transfer of best practices between entities with in-depth ground support
• Manage regional resources to direct and aid the local teams to effectively accomplish company/channel objectives and tasks
• Develop greater working relationships across region to promote cross countries collaboration with agency events, sales conventions, sharing sessions and training and development activities
• Partner with senior management team on local agency strategies development and implementation
• Ensure localized framework in place to enable recruitment, production, and productivity initiatives are aligned with Group Agency strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree with at least 10 years of leadership role overseeing agency function and/or other sizeable distribution channels
• Ability to formulate strategic plans and execute business strategies for the agency/distribution function to achieve short and long-term business results
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue goals on a sustainable basis
• Solid experience in influencing and leading a team of high performing senior executives, and in retaining them
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to connect effectively with the agency force
