• Create and execute learning strategies, programs and workshops for the organization
• Develop, recommend and deliver training that meets the organization’s needs through a variety of approaches, including instructor-led, e-learning, built resources and off-the-shelf resources.
• Create and deliver training to both new and existing employees inclusive of culture training, new employee training, products and services training, technical system training, soft-skill training and service and sales training.
• Lead and develop a team of training team members to successfully design, develop and implement training programs.
• Continuously assesses the knowledge needs of employees to understand areas of opportunity within the training and develop plans to fulfill these needs.
• Regularly review and report on performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of training strategies and plans.
