RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lên roadmap phát triển sản phẩm, phù hợp với mục tiêu chung của công ty nhằm tăng users mới, giữ chân users cũ
● Quản lý team sản phẩm nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm
● Tìm hiểu, phân tích hành vi, nhu cầu của người dùng, thị trường và yêu cầu từ các phòng ban khác (marketing, sales...) để tối ưu trải nghiệm người dùng trên Website và trên App
● Cải thiện và tối ưu các nền tảng quản trị nội bộ doanh nghiệp đối với PO mảng ERP.
● Đề xuất giải pháp, thuyết trình và bảo vệ giải pháp, tổ chức thực thi và giám sát quy trình công việc ở tất cả các công đoạn.
● Tiến hành đánh giá hiệu quả sản phẩm sau khi triển khai (GA, heatmap, bảng khảo sát,...), lập kế hoạch cải thiện, nâng cấp sản phẩm

Requirements
● Tốt nghiệp đại học
● Ít nhất 02 năm ở vị trí tương đương
● Tư duy logic, tư duy hệ thống tốt, data - driven
● Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm, chịu được áp lực công việc cao
● Khả năng lập kế hoạch ngắn hạn hoặc dài hạn cho nhóm/bộ phận quản lý
