RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Customer is a FDI company. Current, to set up business in Vietnam we would like to recruit professional Production Manager to join our team with main duties:
Human management
Headcount review and forecast the order requirement. Co-operated with HR team & manager to fulfill the manpower capacity.
Attend the meeting related to production or management meeting to prepare for humanity and machinery
Manage labors during the production and problem solving, daily, weekly, monthly target setting to adapt client’s requirement
Production Activities
Provide overall direction of the raw materials/storage, operation and people management, and planning activities.
Set up and implementation of standard operating procedures
Monitor production cost and overheads, and adjusting process and resources to minimize cost
Evaluate and adjust available production capacity and planned requirements to meet changing demands
Responsible for site efficient operations and continual improvement of supply chain operation to meet cost and service requirement.
Ensure product quality standards are developed and met
Resolve problems on site as they arise, reducing the impact of unforeseen difficulties
Support and drive implementation of Quality and Environment Management System, IE, HSE

Bachelor or higher degree
University degree or above
3-5 years at experiences in same position, garment industry is advantag
Strong leadership skill
Good communication and negotiable skills
IE/ Lean/ Six sigma is plus
Good command of Chinese/ English
