1. Demonstrate understanding of market planning and strategy development process and provide inputs on market industry, financial and sales analysis. Support Channel and Brand Specialist in Formulating annual marketing plan and development of Business Plan and Strategic Network Plan (SNP)
• Study and comprehend company’s business, operation practices, resources and objective.
• Conduct analysis, studies and research and brainstorming sessions with multiple stakeholders, to draw insights for each market segments and target audience, formulate growth and marketing strategies.
• Participate & support the annual marketing planning process with deliverable of a complete annual marketing plan, which is supported with tactical plans. Gather macroeconomics, local legal and industry trends, market information to support the marketing plan and tactical plans.

• Matured Vietnamese national with university degree (Business, Marketing or other relevant degrees)
• Preferably at least 5-6 years working experience in FMCG or lubricants industry, of which at least 3-4 years in brand and channel marketing
• Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage
• Be responsible, active and able to problem solve
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese , both written and spoken
• Above average computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to travel as and when needed.
