RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a 100% FDI company in Garment & Textile industry, due to the requirement of expand the business, we are currently looking for the Head of Supply Chain who in charge of whole SCM functions especially: Sales & Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning…
Headcount review and forecast the order requirement. Co-operated with HR team & manager to fulfill the manpower capacity.
Manage labors during the production and problem solving, daily, weekly, monthly target setting to adapt client’s requirement
Develop and communicate Supply Chain; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.
Serve as the primary contact for SCM functions: related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
Develop and implement system and policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.
Give out idea/ innovation and implement them based on actual situation to develop the SCM function: Sales & Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning…
Working with BOD team for strategy and coaching team with job’s duties
