• Negotiate and finalise lease contracts between landlords and tenants. This includes understanding all terms of the agreement, conducting unbiased site presentations, and carrying out the lease process from conception to signing.
• Maintain and build client relationships. This includes both tenants and landlords. This process includes updating the database with records of all communications, meetings, contact information and company information gained; keeping up to date with sector-specific news and announcements; and actively contacting existing clients.
• Build a strong portfolio of occupier clients and maintain good relationships with them.
• Build a strong landlord portfolio. Tasks include building relationships, updating service agreements, staying connected with management staff as well as keeping on top of expansions, occupancy, and relocations.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/ Commerce/ Hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with established foreign and Vietnamese clients.
• Confident, competitive, and able to work in an international business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Strong financial and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
