JOB SCOPE – Ensure all assigned research is diligently executed. Duties include data collection, data base management, market studies and development consultancy, developing and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market reports.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Research
Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
Write/update reports on all property market segments.
Actively seek new business.
Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
Process data and provide input for research reports
Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region; as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
Travel to other provinces or cities, when required, for market research.
Maintain and develop relationships with local and international clients, and local authorities.
Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.
Coordinate
Team coordination.
Liaise with managers and clients to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely manner.
Perssonal skills
Thoroughness and detail oriented. The ability to perform tasks to Savills standards of accuracy and quality
Innovation – take the initiative to develop efficient and effective processes, or solutions.
Time management – the ability to prioritize, meet demanding deadlines, develop multi-tasking management capability

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Real Estate/ Economics/ Finance/ Commercial.
At least two years of experience in a similar position.
Experienced in data collection, database management, and report-writing skills.
English proficiency, especially in developing reports.
Strong understanding of research and analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Creativity, imagination, and a self-starter.
