RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is the famous brand name in the Footwear industry with the sporty style. Currently, we would like to find a Senior Products Development Manager who will care for sample stages/ product develops. You will be the connection with quality assurance and fitting teams to meet client’s delivery commitments.
As the Senior Products Development Manager, you will be the projector from initial concept to prototype stage to commercialization and mass production. And in co-operate with designers, production team and factory to settle issues and adding value to our fashion shoes production.
Roles and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with sample room to give out the SOP for new production techniques
Develop new pattern follow client’s requirements, quality, production efficiency and material utilization
Check technical documents in advance, give out solutions and advices on production problems, and co-operate with technical to settle issues.
Handle the project from draft concepts through prototype stage to develop/commercialization and mass production
Support tooling team, and give out the workable proto in the fit with functions, cost, production specification, performance and manufacturability
Following, tracking related documentation, material checking, system updates
Act as an innovative source of ideas to development and design/marketing through working with related vendors and manufacturers
Others task as required
