RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS:
Managing the Human Resources team including: building KPIs, training and supporting the Team to achieve its goals in terms of:
RECRUITMENT:
- In charge of company's recruiting team: Sales, telemarketing positions at call center (mostly) and some other positions (not often).
- Expand and develop mass recruitment sources/channels.
- Analyze and forecast the labor market and build solutions to recruit and attract candidates. Research, analyze & report on the labor market situation, salary level, personnel fluctuations, human resource risks caused by the market or competitors, etc. and propose counter-measures
- Analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process, prepare and present the recruitment dashboard, recommend and implement changes (if any).
- Monitor & analyze the performance of recruitment agencies and recommend changes and improvements.
- Organize the interview area according to the size of the candidate group.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of working experience in the position of Head of Human Resources / Recruitment (experience in call center is an advantage)
- Strong experience in training and building capacity for sales/ telesales or telemarketing
- Ability to plan and manage work well, work with high intensity
- Good communication/negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent English and Vietnamese proficiency
- Good at MS office and computing skills.
