Local insights, foresights and customer understanding
Develop and execute BSP Marketing plan under Trade Marketing
Track customer performance and free trade performance with corrective actions
Portfolio marketing:
Support the operator marketing teams with designing and implementing simple operator journeys that get the sale
Execute the trade activity plan
Drive perfect store (on-line and off-line)
Daily operation problem solving
Interface with cluster:
Adapt and adopt Brand Experience Toolkits (BET) in free trade
Interface with local Leadership functions:
Manage Supply allocation, RTM and free trade performance
Collaborate with MSO, Portfolio Marketing, Operator Marketing, Finance, and CD to drive Primary and Secondary sales target with healthy stock control

Diploma holder and above
5+ years of trade marketing experience. Preferably with knowledge in Foodservice, FMCG industries
Experience in working in a matrix organisation
Product Marketing role& Customer Development experience is highly recommended
