The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Involve in the full cycle of business development:
- Consult with the BOD on business strategy.
- Actively develop business opportunities by targeting clients, researching them well, identifying and understanding their business requirements/objectives.
- Do the proposals, pitching, and meeting to sell and make company's services, brand aware to targeted clients.
- Manage key accounts and manage client relationships by spending time visiting clients and attending networking events.
2. Get deep exposure to all parts of the real estate business, work in an interesting international environment, and have a highly varied day-to-day work-life.
3. Work directly with the BOD, business line leaders in Vietnam and the region.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• Active, outgoing, sociable, and confident.
• Great communication and sales skills. Having sales and marketing experience (in real estate) is preferred.
• Be the person who is self-confident, loves networking and enjoys presenting and public speaking.
• Good business sense who will be able to deal with clients of all levels and nationalities seamlessly.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Able to delegate and communicate the goals and objectives of the organization pertaining to business development.
• Well-presented, positive attitude.
• Negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure
