RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a famous buyer in Footwear field with worldwide international branch, due to the requirement of expand the business, we are looking for people who open mind to be our Technical A. Manager in footwear.
Main task of this position is to take care of our products in assigned Northern factories.
- Development samples stage: ensure the quality follow the standard, based on production creation calendar.
- Commercialization: Checking timeline, follow with factories. Ensure pre-production activities at the assigned factories focus on the best productivity, product quality and performance in accordance with the policies and standard.
- Production stage: follow related activities in the nominated supplier/ factories to ensure production maintained to Standard, SOP. Make sure “on time process”
- Ensure standards, qualities and polices are followed.
- Check and fit sample.

Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experiences in commercialization/ development stage is preferred. Understand SOP in footwear industry
Good command of English
Good interpersonal skills/ communication/ presentation/ negotiable skill
Strong team player, good cooperation spirit
Willing to travel as required
