RESPONSIBILITIES
We are a famous company in garment field with worldwide international branch, due to the requirement of expand the business, we are looking for The Manager for R&D is for ensuring the technologies, machinery, equipment & innovation the Manager for R&D who is for ensuring the technologies, machinery, equipment & innovation.
· Target setting for the R&D department following the company’s Strategy and goals.
· Manage the department based on the specific KPIs and co-operate with other teams in the company.
· Host and join various internal meetings both online and offline regarding technical/ fabric construction.
· Ensuring good internal cooperation between departments and related parties.
· Ensuring the department is kept in good order according to the 5S methodology. It is the manager’s responsibility to lead the 5S implementation until it becomes an integrated part of daily business.
· Motivate the employees perform with a high level of creativity and own initiative to perform both customer driven R&D projects and internal R&D projects.
· Improve document system / Operation to ensure the user friendliness of the documents for the Production, QC, Technical & other Departments.
· Make plan, execute & facilitate sample delivery schedule to have samples delivered on time in the agreed quality through first time submission.
